Delivery for large cakes may be requested at the time of placing your order, but we do not deliver outside of Mt Airy.

We recommend booking your order as soon as you set your party date or at least two weeks in advance.  Order dates for May, June, and December should be booked 2 months in advance.

 Please do not contact us the day of or the day before to get a custom cake.  We bake all our cakes and cupcakes fresh and we set our work schedules in advance.  Orders placed within 7 days prior to pickup may be subject to a $25 rush fee.

 

Please email us any pictures, flavors, and serving size information before stopping by the shop so we can put together a price quote for you.  You can visit our photo gallery to see different design options/pricing, and you are not limited to what we have in the gallery.

  A $50 deposit is required to hold the booking date for first-time clients and larger orders. This can be paid in the shop or over the phone by credit card.  Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup day.

 We do not offer cake tastings, but we can arrange mini cupcake samples at $1 each for clients who request them. Sample cupcakes can be ordered in quantities of 6 per flavor with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

All orders and cake designs will be completed via email, but if you would like a sit-down consultation, there is a $25 non-refundable fee for a 30-minute consultation.

 When traveling with a cake, it must be flat and level in your vehicle.  The cake should be placed flat in the trunk or on the floor of the vehicle, NEVER on the seat, and do not leave your cake in the car to run errands. When driving, quick stops/starts, bumps, and hard turns must be avoided in order to keep your cake from experiencing damage during transport.  Mommy Magic Cakes is not responsible for cake damage during customer transport.
